xxxxxxxxxx AEC Tin Cup

This is about donations to Tony Ruiz' Passion for Innovation and Obsession for Architecture, Engineering and Construction to enable him to make an accelerated change in the way America designs, engineers and builds both here and in Third World Countries.

Ruiz has been a force in the industry since drawing plans for local builders at 13 in Las Cruces, New Mexico and running away to Beverly Hills, California from home at 16 to design 5 story apartment buildings with penthouses. He invented the folding mobile home at 17 when working for a Fullerton, California folding home business, then the double-wide mobile home followed by the industrys running away with his ideas after assuring him they were without merit.

He continued to grow in knowledge, talent and in an increasing circle of influence, founding an industry that produces thin concrete floor, wall and roof panels with partially embedded conventional metal framing.

He started with an innovative modification to standard metal framing that embedded in 1" thin conventional concrete that many have imitated, later graduating to a screwed-on narrow metal strip with "fingers" that embedded in the thin concrete. After an unsavory experience with the people he recruited for this MetalCrete (aka MetalStudCrete) product he named, wrote the patent for and started the company, he left that "band aid" product with its bogus ICBO (Now ICe) Evaluation Report he engineered, and started SteelCrete hes on the 4th generation of now but faced with steep marketing costs, has been unable to keep pace with MetalStudCrete (MSe) whos now owned by the Earl Corp's Ben Earl and uses unfair trade practices against Ruiz by threatening to pull their business from consultants and tradespeople who would deal with Ruiz.

While Ruiz has survived by teaming up with Canadian company TMCP to market their products and build with what are now their products, he has imagineered a yet newer and better means of getting his yet fertile imagination, talent, enthusiasm and relentless pursuit of better, faster, cheaper buildings.

It begins with Ruiz passing a Tin Cup around in cyberspace hoping to raise enough capital to launch the only one of a kind "Yahoo" of the industry for the Worlds use and to jumpstart improvements in methods, materials, systems, tools & equipment and individuals' consulting services like architects, engineers, lawyers, building officials, associations, inventors, marketing talent, students-teachers...the list is endless.
